This California AI startup needed more than just a logo. They needed a cohesive brand identity that would establish credibility with enterprise organizations, government agencies, and nonprofit partners while carrying seamlessly across their website, presentations, and marketing materials.
Beginning with the client's investor presentation as inspiration, I developed a complete visual identity that included custom logo design, a refined color palette, typography, and a responsive website. Every design decision was made to create a consistent, professional brand that would support future growth while remaining familiar to existing stakeholders.
Logo Design Process
Every logo design begins with research, not software.
Before opening Illustrator, I spent time learning about the client's industry, researching artificial intelligence, data science, network visualization, and enterprise software branding. I explored dozens of concepts with pen and paper, testing different visual metaphors before refining the strongest ideas into a scalable logo system.
The final identity combines simple geometric forms with connected network elements to represent intelligence, collaboration, and modern technology. The result is a versatile logo that works equally well on websites, presentations, favicons, business cards, and digital marketing materials.

Final Logo System
After dozens of hand-drawn concepts and digital refinements, the final logo balanced simplicity with technical credibility. The circular network graphic communicates connected data, machine learning, and intelligent systems, while the clean typography keeps the identity approachable for enterprise buyers, government organizations, and nonprofit partners.
The logo was designed as a complete identity system rather than a single graphic. Deliverables included horizontal and stacked layouts, favicon assets, transparent PNGs, vector files, presentation graphics, and responsive website variations for use across digital and print.

Building the Website Around the Brand
With the visual identity established, the website was redesigned to carry the same modern look and feel throughout the user experience.
The existing investor presentation provided inspiration for the color palette and typography, helping create a cohesive brand that remained familiar to stakeholders while presenting a more polished, professional appearance online.
The responsive website includes:
Custom homepage design
Responsive layouts
Calls-to-action
Enterprise-inspired UI
Consistent typography and color system
Brand imagery built around the new identity
Brand Identity System
The final deliverable extended beyond a logo to establish a complete visual identity system. Typography, colors, spacing, interface elements, and logo variations were defined to create a consistent brand experience across the website, presentations, marketing materials, and future product development.

The Result
The finished project gave the startup a professional visual identity that aligned with its technology, audience, and long-term growth goals.
By combining logo design, brand identity, and responsive website design into one cohesive system, the company gained a consistent foundation for investor presentations, marketing, product demonstrations, and future expansion.
