A Chief Revenue Officer at a B2B risk management SaaS company initially hired Argh Matey on UpWork for web design and SEO support. Over time, as we delivered consistently across technical execution and strategy, we became a trusted partner. What started as tactical execution quickly evolved into a strategic growth initiative.


The company needed to grow organic visibility in the COI (Certificate of Insurance) space, an area filled with high-intent, industry-specific search demand. However, their existing content was not capturing that demand effectively. They brought us in to lead the implementation of an AEO-optimized content initiative, specifically targeting identified click gaps, search terms where the company was appearing but not earning clicks or rankings. We were selected for this work because of our combined strengths in:

The mandate was clear: Turn the news gallery into a scalable, high-performance acquisition channel, without rebuilding the entire site.

The Solution


We didn’t just upload news articles. We built the Wordpress blogging system that makes the articles perform. Instead of treating content as one-off blog posts, we approached this as a WordPress publishing architecture project, designed to scale.

1. Designed a Scalable Article Template


We designed a WordPress news article template optimized for:


  • SEO indexing

  • AEO (AI readability and extraction)

  • User experience and engagement

  • Website scalability and best practices


This ensured every article followed a consistent, high-performing structure.



2. Structured Content for AI Search


Working alongside the company’s contracted AEO content writer, we translated raw Google Docs and spreadsheets into fully optimized web pages. Each news article included:


  • Clean, cascading HTML heading hierarchy (H1–H3)

  • Strategic internal linking

  • Optimized image alt text

  • Clear content spacing and readability (“breathing room”)

  • Comparison tables for structured data clarity

  • FAQ modules for search + AI answer extraction

  • Consistent formatting for lists, sections, and key information


This wasn’t just formatting, it was intent signaling to AI search engines. This ensured content was not only readable for users, but interpretable by search engines and AI systems.
