When a new service business comes online, speed and clarity matter more than complexity. This project focused on launching a clean, conversion-driven web presence that could immediately validate demand, attract local search traffic, and turn visitors into real opportunities.
The Challenge
A new local plumber in Green Bay, Wisconsin was starting from scratch. No website, no search presence, and no digital infrastructure. At the same time, key brand assets were still in motion, including vehicle wraps and logo development. This required a flexible, fast-moving approach that could align with evolving branding while still getting the business live and generating leads. The goal was simple: launch quickly, look credible, and start driving inbound calls as soon as possible.

The Solution
We deployed our “Launchpad Site”, a high-efficiency one-page website engineered for early-stage service businesses. The site was designed in Figma and developed in Wix as a performance system, not just a web design project. Our team handled SEO marketing, copywriting, design, and development end-to-end.
At the core was a strong SEO and AEO foundation, ensuring the site could perform across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. The structure was intentionally built around local search demand and real homeowner pain points in the Green Bay area.

Sump Pump Services: Targeting high-intent searches tied to basement flooding and water damage prevention
Flooded Basement Solutions: Positioned around urgent, high-conversion emergency scenarios
Each section was aligned with actual search demand and buyer intent, guiding users from problem recognition to immediate action. Conversion was a priority throughout the build. The phone number was prominently displayed across the page, paired with a streamlined service request form to reduce friction and capture leads quickly. Behind the scenes, we also installed foundational tracking and growth infrastructure:
Google Search Console and Google Analytics for performance visibility and future optimization
A fully set up Google Business Profile, critical for local SEO and map-based discovery
This ensures that as the business grows, we can expand the site into additional pages, increase keyword coverage, and compound visibility using real performance data. These data streams will become extremely valuable over time.

The Results
The impact was immediate. The client is extremely happy with the outcome and has already begun seeing real traction, including 2 leads generated within the first week of launch. Early performance signals include:
